ALLEN – Strike Photonics Inc. acquired the 600 Millennium Dr. office and manufacturing campus.
Constructed in 1996, the 14-acre campus was sold by a unit of WP Carey.
Ownership was transferred to Strike Photonic’s investment partner, Kingsbarn Realty Capital.
JLL brokered the purchase, which was financed with a $9.85 million loan provided by an affiliate of JDI Realty.
Strike will occupy the campus starting late this year and initially have about 20 workers.
