Triple play: new tenants coming to CityCentre
HOUSTON – Locally based Midway has signed three new office tenants for its CityCentre mixed-use project.
Dallas-based Jacobs has signed a full-floor, 26,500-sf lease in CityCentre Two at 818 Town & Country Blvd. The company will consolidate several smaller local offices into one space when they move in early next year.
Bengaluru, India-based Infosys has leased 25,770 sf on the top floor of CityCentre Two. The firm will relocate from its Chinatown operations at 6002 Rogerdale Rd. in early 2022.
Pin Oak Group leased 7,614 sf in CityCentre Two for its local headquarters. Currently, the firm’s offices are at 510 Bering St. in the Tanglewood area. Pin Oak Group will move in later this year.
