FORT WORTH – HGR Industrial Surplus is taking 185,000 sf of industrial space in the Junction 20/35 business park near I-20 and I-35W.
The 1.1 million-sf property was built in 1989 and renovated in 2021.
CIM Group purchased Junction 20/35 in 2020.
The lease, which was brokered by Stream Realty Partners, brings the park to full occupancy.
