HOUSTON – The historic Union Transfer and Storage Building in downtown has been sold.

The three-story, 99,000-sf building was built in 1917 on 2.26 acres at 1113 Vine St. It has 33,000-sf floor plates.

CXRE Real Estate Firm represented the buyer, 1113 Wine Street Holdings LLC. Transwestern represented the seller, Lee Roy Murray III.
