ROUND ROCK – NRP Group has broken ground on The James on Grand, a 274-unit affordable apartment community at 15701 FM 1325.
The property will have one- to three-bedroom units reserved for those making less than 60 percent of the area median income.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, community and business center, playground, and wrap-around service.
Leasing begins in August 2022, and construction will be complete in June 2023.
