Longview apartments Woods and Paladin progress

LONGVIEW – The Woods and Paladin Luxury Apartments, two apartment complexes under construction, will begin leasing soon.

The Woods, located at Judson Rd. and Magnolia Lane, is nearing completion. The community will open 46 units Dec. 1., according to Manager Judy Tidwell.

The first phase of The Woods will be followed by a second phase that will bring the complex’s total to 100 units.

Paladin Luxury Apartments, located on the Hawkins Pkwy. extension between US 259 and Tryon Rd., is a 220-unit complex that is also nearing completion.

Dallas-based Portfolio Development, Paladin’s developer, expects to start leasing spring 2015.
