ARLINGTON – Lee & Associates has acquired a 12-building industrial portfolio totaling 582,803 sf from Arden Group.
The deal included the nine-building 109th Street Business Park, 2821 E. Randol Mill Rd., 2016-3030 Avenue East, and 1170-1180 109th St.
The portfolio is 77 percent leased to 20 tenants and was completed between 1961 and 1970.
