IRVING – PenFed Credit Union has signed a 30,000-sf lease for the entire fifth floor at Las Colinas Highlands, where it plans to hire up to 300 people.
The seven-story, 200,000-sf office at 6191 N. SH 161 has conference and training space, a fitness center, and grab-and-go food service.
The lobby underwent a complete renovation in 2020.
