DeSOTO – Harkinson Dewan Management LLC has purchased the 69,090-sf Center City shopping center from Global Fund Investments.
The property at the southeast corner of E. Pleasant Run and Hampton Rd. is anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
