HUTTO – Albuquerque-based Titan Development has purchased 100 acres for Phase II of Titan Innovation Business Park.
Titan will build a 52,500-sf build-to-suit project for Kval Inc. The company will bring about 80 jobs to the new area.
Work will begin next month and take a year to complete.
The second phase will include six buildings at buildout.
