KATY – Arizona-based MC Cos. has acquired two adjacent multifamily properties totaling 648 units.
The 384-unit Enclave at Cypress Park and 262-unit Paramount Apartments both have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities include pools, fitness centers, spas, and resident clubhouses.
The new owner will combine and rebrand the properties as The Place at Barker Cypress.
CBRE represented the sellers and arranged acquisition financing for the buyer.
