HOUSTON – TricorBraun has signed a 70,106-sf industrial lease at Ella West Crossing in the Pinto Business Park.
The company will relocate in third quarter 2021. It is the first tenant to sign a lease in the 221,363-sf Class A building.
Dallas-based Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, developer Seefried Industrial Properties. Cresa represented the tenant.
