865-home community coming to Conroe

​​CONROE – Arizona-based Meritage Homes has acquired 255 acres near Lake Conroe to construct Pine Lake Cove, an 865-home community. 

The project will have several one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,250 to 3,029 sf. ​Prices will range from the high $200,000s to the $400,000s. ​

Amenities will include a swimming pool, bath house, splash pad, numerous pocket parks, and an expansive trail network.

Three model homes will open in August.
