HOUSTON – Grubbs Automotive is developing a Volvo automotive dealership on 2.45 acres on Washington Ave.
The site, owned by Levor, includes a 19,250-sf warehouse and 12,595-sf showroom. The property was developed in 2008.
It was previously occupied by Western Brick & Stone.
Transwestern Real Estate Services and Henry S. Miller represented Grubbs in lease negotiations. The ground lease term is 20 years.
