190-unit apartment community underway in Deep Ellum
DALLAS – Larkspur Capital Partners is building The Willow, a 190-unit, eight-story residential building, at Commerce and Willow Streets.
The site backs up to a Dallas Area Rapid Transit commuter rail line. The builders are leasing unused land from the transit agency for a park.
Amenities include live-work units on the ground floor, an elevated swimming pool, a rooftop sky lounge, indoor/outdoor co-working space, a fitness center, bike workshop, and coffee bar.
JLL provided funding for the project, which was designed by Omniplan.
Garthoff Design is the landscape architect for the park.
