SUGAR LAND – A local developer doing business as LJ Parkway LLC has sold Riverstone Plaza, a 28,000-sf retail center.
Built in 2018 at 4821 LJ Pkwy., the property was 98 percent leased at the time of sale to 16 tenants including salons, medical services, a learning center, and restaurants.
NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Ping Management LLC represented the locally based buyer.
