BRAZOS VALLEY – Alliance Consolidated Group of Cos. has acquired a 16,097-sf medical office portfolio in the Brazos Valley for $6 million.
The portfolio includes a 12,958-sf asset at 1730 Birmingham Rd. in College Station and a 3,139-sf property at 539 Medical Pkwy. in Brenham.
Texas ENT & Allergy is a tenant at both properties.
Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller.
