ARLINTON – Type Six Design & Development is building RiverPark Arlington, an 87-room sports-oriented resort on the West Fork of the Trinity River.
Amenities will include a driving range, putting green, racquet courts, 12 miles of trails and canoeing, a gastro-pub, pro shop, gym, and sports recovery center.
Golf Center of Arlington owner Mauricio Galante will own and operate the over 150,000-sf resort.
Construction starts later this year.
