DALLAS – Dogwood Industrial Properties has acquired Turnpike 3 and Turnpike 4, two industrial buildings totaling 600,000 sf.
The properties are at 2170-2180 and 2130-2160 French Settlement Rd.
They were previously owned by Billingsley Company.
