SAN ANTONIO – Cohen-Esrey Development Group is developing Loma Vista Lofts, a 196-unit apartment complex at 363 N. General McMullen Dr.
The $37.8 million project will have studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Construction will begin by February 2022 and be complete by July 2023.
Munoz and Co. is the architect. Southtown Engineering is the civil engineer.
