COLLEGE STATION – Mountain Capital Partners has acquired two student housing properties totaling 1,128 beds.
2818 Place at 1300 Harvey Mitchell Pkwy. S. has 192 one- to three-bedroom units.
Parkway Place at 1350 Harvey Mitchell Pkwy S. has 152 one- to four-bedroom units.
Amenities at both properties include a pool, fitness center, volleyball court, gameroom, business center, clubhouse, conference room, study lounge, and pet play area.
Newmark represented the seller, Blue Vista Capital Management.
