Two resorts open in Rockport
ROCKPORT – Cove Harbor Marina and Drystack LP have opened two resorts on the Aransas Bay.
Cove Harbor Coach Resort is a 42-slip motorcoach boutique waterfront resort and clubhouse at 2620 SH 35 S. It includes back-in and pull-through sites with full hookups. Amenities include a swimming pool, full kitchen and lounge, fitness center, small retail store, keypad entry, laundry facilities, and wireless internet.
The resort opened in November 2020 but the grand opening was delayed due to COVID-19. It has full occupancy of 300 and seating for 220.
The 5,000-sf Cove Harbor Event Center is on five acres at 2796 SH 35 S. It can seat 140 people indoors and an additional 160 outdoors with total occupancy up to 300.
It includes three outdoor patios, two indoor bar areas, covered patio, audio/video systems for use during events, podium for event speakers, and catering kitchen.
