SAN ANTONIO – Bitterblue is developing a 24-acre single-family home development at the intersection of Loop 410 and Roosevelt Ave.
The community will feature 135 lots averaging 5,714 sf. Homes will be priced from $200,000 to $250,000.
Construction will be complete by 2026.
The project team includes property owner Jack Walker and Pape-Dawson Engineers Inc.
