448-room Hyatt Regency Austin under new ownership

​​AUSTIN – Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. has acquired the 448-room Hyatt Regency Austin at 208 Barton Springs Rd. 

The hotel renovated its rooms in 2015 and expanded its meeting space in 2018. ​

Amenities include a pool, fitness center, two food and beverage outlets, and 45,000-sf of meeting space.
