BROOKSHIRE – Richmond-based Realty 1 Partners is developing the Point West Distribution Center on 10.5 acres at 32303 US 90.
The 133,900-sf tilt-wall facility will include 32-ft clear heights. Space will be for lease or sale.
Arch-Con Corp. is the general contractor. Tramonte Design Studio designed the project.
Boyd Commercial LLC is the project’s broker.
The facility will be ready for occupancy in fourth quarter 2021.
