COLLEGE STATION – Local home sales and prices rose in 2020, according to a Texas Realtors report.
Single-family home sales increased 21.2 percent to 4,115 sales in 2020. The median price increased 5.2 percent to $233,989.
Statewide, Texas home sales volume and home prices broke records for the sixth straight year, while inventory hit an all-time low in 2020.
