​​PRINCETON – NRP Group and Texoma Housing Partners are planning a 300-unit workforce housing project in the Princeton Crossroads master-planned community off US 380.

Units will range from 610 to 1,320 sf. Half the apartments will be rented to residents earning less than 80 percent of the area median income.

Construction financing was provided by Amegy Bank of Texas.

The apartments will open in spring 2022.
