​SAN ANTONIO – BH Properties has acquired a ten-story office and parking garage building at 146 Navarro St. from CPS Energy. 

The building was built in​ 1968 as a seven-story parking structure. Three stories of office space were added above the garage in 1987. 

BH Properties will transform the office component into Class A space designed for multi- or single-tenant uses.
