Three-property senior housing portfolio trades hands

​EL PASO – Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of three senior housing communities totaling 167 units. 

The properties are:

• SunRidge at Cambria, built in​​ 1995 at 1991 Saul Kleinfeld Dr.;

• SunRidge at Cielo Vista, built in 1998 at 7949 Sunmount Dr.; and

• SunRidge at Desert Springs, built in 2000 at 5901 Bandolero Dr. 

SLIB represented the seller in the transaction.
