ARLINGTON – Provident Realty Advisors is building Debbie Lane Flats, a 331-unit multifamily project.
The project will be on 17 acres at SH 360 at Debbie Ln.
Amenities will include a fitness center, pool, and dog park.
Construction began in June 2020 and will wrap up in first quarter 2022.
Trez Capital provided $8.7 million in financing.
