BAYTOWN – Atlanta-based Floor and Décor Outlets of America has purchased nearly 100 acres to build a 1.5 million-sf distribution center.
The site is within the TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park on the corner of Cedar Port Pkwy. and Fisher Rd.
NAI Partners represented TGS in the sale.
Site work is already underway. Floor and Décor hopes to move in by the end of the year.
