$186M senior living community opens in North Dallas

​​DALLAS – Legacy Senior Communities has delivered The Legacy Midtown Park, an $186 million seniors housing community near US 75.

The 12-acre property has 184 independent-living, 51 assisted-living, 36 memory-support, and 54 skilled-​nursing and rehabilitation units. 

Apartments range from 800-sf studios to 2,600-sf penthouses.​​

Construction began in 2018 with the final building, called Aaron Towers, delivering in December 2020. 

Aaron Towers ​offers 40,000 sf of amenities and common space designed by D2 Architecture with interiors by StudioSix5.
