HOUSTON – Source Logistics Houston has signed a 157,805-sf lease at Cypress Preserve Logistics Center.
The industrial property consists of two multitenant buildings totaling 516,000 sf and two smaller freestanding buildings.
Colliers International represented the landlord, Davis Commercial Development. Newmark represented the tenant.
