ALLEN – JaRyCo is developing a 102,000-sf building as the first phase of The Farm, a 135-acre mixed-use development on SH 121 at Alma Dr.
Called FarmWORK One, the three-story office will open next summer in the project’s central district.
Omniplan is the designer. Avison Young is handling leasing.
