FORT WORTH – Fidelis Realty Partners has purchased Overton Park Plaza, a 355,000-sf shopping center on S. Hulen St.
Built in 2008, the asset is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, T.J.Maxx, Buy Buy Baby, PetSmart, and HomeGoods.
The building was acquired from Weingarten Realty Investors as part of a swap of assets.
