IRVING – Sequin Court Plaza LP has acquired the 65,460-sf Story Business Center in an off-market transaction.
The group used 1031 exchange funds to buy the fully leased project, which is on nearly four acres at 3010 Story Rd. W.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer.
The seller was Americo Story LP, which owned the complex for about three years.
