AUSTIN – Developers Barings and B&Z Development have topped out 701 Rio, a five-story, 120,983-sf office building at 701 Rio Grande St.
Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, lockers, showers, and secure bike and scooter storage.
Construction will be complete in July.
