ARLINGTON – General Motors (GM) has acquired the 1.26 million-sf Arlington Automotive Logistics Center from NorthPoint Development.
The 80.5-acre property is at the corner of SH 360 and E. Division St.
The two-building property was part of a $250 million redevelopment by GM and NorthPoint in 2017.
