AUSTIN – JCI Residential is developing Bridge at Turtle Creek, a 307-unit affordable housing project at 735 Turtle Creek Blvd.
The property will offer studio and one- and two-bedroom units that will be reserved for renters earning between 50 and 70 percent of the area median income.
Construction will be complete in November 2022.
