​CARROLLTON – Work will start in 2Q2021 on a 26-acre mixed-use development at the southeast corner of President George Bush Tollway and I-35.

The transit-oriented Trinity Mills Station will include apartments, retail, restaurants, a park, and 900,000 sf of office space. 

Phase one will have a six-story, 125,000-sf speculative office building with 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail. 

The project is being developed as part of a partnership between the city, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Integral Group, and KOA Partners. JLL is marketing the offices.
