StreetLights Residential opens new multifamily project
ARLINGTON – StreetLights Residential’s newest multifamily community, The Jackson, is now open.
Located at 4101 Viridian Village Dr. within the Viridian development, the four-story community has 340 apartments.
Floor plans range from 588 to 1,671 sf.
Amenities include a pool deck, lounge with co-working spaces, creative Maker’s kitchen, lounge and creative lab, coffee bar, fitness center, pet spa, bike repair station, and electric car charging stations.
Leasing and amenity spaces were designed by Ink + Oro. StreetLights Creative Studio designed the units.
WDG Architecture was the architect, and SLR Construction LLC was the general contractor.
Gables Residential is the property manager.
