​​​AUSTIN – Tim Klitch and Daniel Keelan are planning the state’s largest pickleball facility. 

The Austin Pickle Ranch will be built on 13 acres at 9110 Bluff Springs Rd. It will include:

• ​32 pickleball courts, 

• four sand volleyball courts, 

• an outdoor mobile stage, 

• a one-acre outdoor dog park, 

• and table tennis, cornhole, bocce, and other yard games. ​​​
