​​AUSTIN – Pacific Hospitality Group has purchased the 194-room Hotel Granduca at 320 S. Capital of Texas Hwy, Bldg. B.  

Amenities include a pool, game room, fitness center, and bar.  

A joint venture between Interfin Companies LP and Riverside Resources developed the hotel. 

Pacific Hospitality will rebrand the hotel as part of the Meritage Collection of independent hotels in the summer.​​
