PLANO – Fairfield Residential has acquired The Huntington, a 320-unit apartment community at 4925 Rasor Blvd.
The property was built on five acres in 2018. It has studio and one- and two-bedroom units averaging 914 sf.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, lounge, and dog park.
Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller, Catalyst Urban Development, and procured the buyer.
