DALLAS – Orion Multifamily Investments LLC has acquired Veridian Place, a 228-unit apartment community at 4849 Haverwood Ln.
Built in 1984 and renovated in 2016, the property has one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool with cabanas, outdoor grilling areas, 24-hour fitness center, and dog park.
Newmark represented the seller, Florida-based American Landmark, and arranged acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
