PECOS, REEVES COUNTY – Comfort Suites, a 58-room hospitality property located at 110 Raul Florez Blvd., has been sold.
The buyer, a Texas limited liability company, was attracted to the asset because of the strong oil/gas market and brand affiliation.
This transaction was a part of a seven-hotel asset oil/gas portfolio that the buyer was acquiring.
