AUSTIN – A two-building office complex, called 7000 West at Lantana, has been sold.
The 136,075-sf asset at 7000 W. William Cannon Dr. is fully leased to Smith + Nephew and Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
