Built in 1970 and renovated between 2015 and 2019, the 19-building property spans 17.4 acres.
It has a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 676 to 1,117 sf.
Amenities include onsite laundry facilities and open green spaces with playgrounds.
