LAREDO – A partnership between Tailwind Real Estate Equities and Dallas-based Gulf Corp. has started construction on Tailwind II Logistics Center.
The 300,000-sf speculative industrial facility will have 36-ft clear heights, 112 dock-high doors, 140 parking spaces for cars, and 199 parking spaces for trailers.
CBRE is handling leasing.
Completion is set for fall 2021.
