HOUSTON – TAXA Outdoors has signed a 69,356-sf, full-building industrial lease at 7930 Blankenship Dr.
Built in 1970, the property has 22-ft clear heights, more than 10,000 sf of office space, fenced truck courts, and outside storage capacity.
JLL represented the tenant. Transwestern represented the landlord, Prologis.
